"Flower Bunch Reflection" by Michelle Penland Dodson. 

This piece  was inspired by a small bunch of flowers growing unexpectedly by the sidewalk in Seattle, Washington. I often explore the theme of inversion—where up becomes down and down becomes up—encouraging a shift in how we perceive and interact with the world around us. The color palette is subdued, reflecting a somber mood that hints at an inner light emanating from certain parts of the flowers. This contrast creates a sense of mystery, inviting the viewer to question the boundaries of perspective and the way we experience beauty in the everyday.
